We had a great day on the lake even though we spent half an hour in the office because apparently the boat i reserved couldn’t pull a tube and there were no other boats available, not sure why it was an option online if it wasn’t safe. But thanks to the bus driver and the manager they got us a boat and we had a great time. Only giving four stars because KAREN at the office who suits her name well was so rude, and didn’t want to help us at all, she literally just laughed in my face and was the nastiest behaved “lady” I’ve ever met. But the bus driver and marina guys were awesome and even agreed about Karen that she has a bad attitude.“

Definitely recommend renting with Douglas Lake Marina. Customer service is top notch from the front desk (Karen) and the shuttle (Dan) to the deck hands (Nicholas). The boat was awesome and we loved being out on the lake. The ice-cream is delicious too.“

We rented a pontoon for a few hours and had a great experience. We first went out and a thunderstorm started. They allowed us to come back later for the full amount of time. The staff was very helpful and lake was beautiful.CONTACT US
